When will my box ship?

Culinarie Kit ships the third week of the month and our signup cutoff date is the 12th of the month. For example, if you order on January 10, you will receive January's shipment. If you order on January 13, your subscription will start with February's shipment.

When will I be charged for renewal?

Renewals are charged on the 27th of the month your subscription period ends, typically a few days after you receive your last box.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can edit your subscription by logging in. If you have any difficulties, please contact us at and we can make the requested changes for you. You may be required to verify your identity.

Can I buy a one-time box?

You absolutely can! There are no commitments with your Culinarie Kit subscription. Simply log in to your account and cancel after you receive your first month.

I'm buying a gift. Will the gift subscription renew?

It's up to you. At checkout, check the "This is a Gift" box. Once that is checked, another box will appear that says "Allow this subscription to renew automatically." Make sure that box is UNchecked and your gift subscription will not renew.

I have a food allergy. Is Culinarie Kit safe for me?

While we do our very best to make sure that you won't receive recipes or ingredients that will interfere with your allergies, we can only do so much. We advise you to be cautious, especially with more serious allergic reactions. Read and re-read ingredient labels and use your best judgement.

Can I return my subscription for a refund?

At this time, we can not accept returns or give refunds. If you have an issue, please contact us at and we will do our best to resolve it.
