When will I be billed?

You are billed immediately at checkout. If you have purchased a renewing subscription, you will be re-billed on the first of the month after you receive your last box.

When does my box ship?

If you purchase during our pre-order phase (through 12/19/17), your box will ship on December 19. If you purchase after our pre-order phase, your box will ship within 5 business days.

I subscribed! When will the next boxes ship?

Culinarie Kits are shipped on a quarterly schedule. If you signed up for December's box, you will receive your second box at the end of March. If you sign up in January, you will receive your first box right away, your second box in April, your third in July and so on.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Simply log in to your account (top right of this page) and cancel, or e-mail subscriptions [at] culinariekit.com and we can take care of it for you. Please be advised: if you cancel during an active subscription, you or your gift recipient will not receive any more boxes. Because our products are food-based, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. If you do not want your subscription or gift subscription to renew, please uncheck the "renew" box at checkout.

I have specific dietary needs. How can I be sure your boxes are safe for me?

While we make every effort to keep the ingredients in our boxes accessible to people of all dietary restrictions, there's simply no way we can accommodate everyone--believe us, we've tried! We advise all our customers to exercise caution if they are concerned about an allergy issue. We do not include animal products in our boxes.
